Refund Policy

Overview

At Sk1nZone, we aim to provide fast, secure, and transparent digital purchases. Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital products (CS2 in-game items), all sales are considered final once a trade has been successfully completed.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and ensures full compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including UK Digital Goods RegulationsConsumer Rights Act 2015, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.


1. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders successfully delivered to the correct Steam account via trade offer.
  • Items mistakenly purchased (e.g., wrong skin, wrong wear, duplicate item).
  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
  • Account access issues unrelated to our service (e.g., VAC ban, Steam Guard delay).
  • Situations where the buyer fails to accept the trade offer in time.

Important: By confirming a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-reversible digital product and waive your right to withdrawal under digital content exceptions.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • The item was not delivered due to a verified system error on our side.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • The item listed was substantially misrepresented (e.g., wrong condition or skin).
  • You did not receive a trade offer within 24 hours of payment (and did not cancel or ignore it).

Each case is reviewed individually by our support team. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.


3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us via email at support@needskinrate.com within 48 hours of purchase. Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email used during purchase
  • Screenshot or link to your Steam inventory
  • Description of the issue

Incomplete requests may result in a delay or denial of refund.


4. Trade Declined or Not Accepted

If a trade offer is declined, canceled, or not accepted by the buyer within the specified time, the item is returned to our stock and the order is marked as completed. Refunds will not be granted in these cases unless a verified technical error occurred.


5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support first may result in a permanent ban from our platform and referral to payment processors for investigation.

We maintain full logs, transaction records, and delivery confirmations to contest fraudulent chargebacks.


6. Canceled Orders

In rare situations, we may cancel an order (e.g., stock issue, payment flag, Steam error). In such cases:

  • The full amount will be automatically refunded.
  • You will be notified by email within 24 hours.

7. Legal Notice

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our platform, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
